Both bars are located on the corner of Jackson and Clayton Streets in downtown Athens serving as both a physical and symbolic center point of Athens' famous nightlife. Flanagan's is a street level bar with a completely unique character that combines the rustic feel of dark wood and exposed brick with elements of the modern nightlife including a sleek mezzanine lounge with a water wall.
